European Taxi Fair 2008

	Cologne is expecting you! Dear Colleagues, Dear Guests. the Board of Management and the Management of the Fachvereinigung Personenverkehr Nordrhein Taxi-Mietwagen e.V. cordially invite you to the European Taxi Fair in Cologne. This two-day event will beheld here for the 9th time but this time in hall 4.1, which offers more exhibition space. In addition, the roof of this hall offers almost 4.000 parking spaces, which can easily be reached by escalators. By changing the halls, for the first time exhibitors from 11 countries can be found in one hall: “Everything under one roof“! We are convinced that visitors from many countries will make their way to Cologne. On November 7 and 8 you will be receiving the latest version of the exhibition-plan at the entrance to hall 4. You can of course already find out about the stands and exhibitors via our website (link: „Hallenplan“). We are happy to welcome you as our guests in Cologne. The European Taxi Fair offers all entrepreneurs in the taxi and hire car trade, as well as all those from Germany and abroad who have an interest in the business, numerous possibilities for obtaining information and exchanging experiences. Thanks to the wide-ranging nature of the information on offer, the Taxi Fair covers all information requirements – from those of the taxi driver to those of the large radio-circuit. Nowhere else will you obtain such a comprehensive overview of the current range of products on offer and of future developments. The (political) challenges which occupy operators in this trade tend to be largely the same in Europe. On Saturday, during the closing meeting of the autumn conference of the Deutsche Taxi- und Mietwagenverband e.V. (BZP) – whose delegates we also warmly welcome here in Cologne – Hubert Andela, chairman of the taxis and private hire group of the IRU, and Fred Buchholz, chairman of the BZP, will give a speech. Once again, the International Road Transport Union (IRU) will be using the European Taxi Fair as a forum for a worldwide symposium. We wish all “regulars“ and new guests a pleasant and productive visit to the trade fair, interesting discussions and lots of luck with the prize-draw!
